I'm looking for help with my t1138 transfer case.
I tried manually shifting from high range to low range by pulling on the push rod coming out of the transfer case.

Now my transfer case if hung in neutral and I can't get it to go back in. Ive tried taking air connecting off and shooting shop air into the solenoids to actuate them.

Any help would be appreciated. Ill try to get some pictures

Open the inspection cover on the top. You have a bent shift fork more than likely

I have a 1992 m939a2 with a 99 F350 cab on it. Rigged up. Trying to get low gear working for truck pulls, it has been stuck in high.

I power probed a solenoid on the transfer case and shot shop air to a few different solenoids but the push rod is suck between high and low and the truck won't go into gear.

Ill try to post some pics to go with. Any help is appreciated

Theres about 1/2inch shiny push rod that needs to go back into the transfer casefor high gear to engage. Not sure how to get her there.
