Tailgate Offer

I was by my local welding shop today talking to the owner about my M35A2. He asked me to follow him into the shop and asked if I needed a new tailgate. He showed me one leaning aqainst the wall that is in perfect condition. It is taller than my current tailgate and I have seen ones like it on M35A2C's. My question is will the tailgate hinges match up with the bed of my truck?

I doubt it. One has 4 hinges and the other has 5, I think. Get it anyway, I'll buy the T-bolts from you. (or someone near you will want it whole).
