if recall right there is no NSN for the boot. it was all one piece including the rod for some versions.
do recall there being a discussion on these some time back sand some success was found with a generic boot. A search of this forum for < boot "tie rod" "Energy Suspension" > use the quotes in the search ... may come up with the discussion(s)
