Timing/injectors

I recently installed a depot rebuilt injection pump and adjusted valve lash. I checked it three times. First try it sounded terrible and would only start on either. So then I tried two sets of injectors. It ran but was terrible. I cracked the injector lines to see if there was air in the system and ran the motor for 30 minutes. Then I cracked the lines again to troubleshoot what cylinders were having issues. It appears to be only running on the back three cylinders and possibly the first (slight sound change but not much when cracked). Also there is a slight blow coming OUT of the intake. I did try moving the pump 180 degrees out of how I installed it and the truck wouldn't start so I put it back.

Could this be just a timing issue? Multiple issues?
