Tire sizes

Tire size questions keep coming up and up and up and up..............., perhaps enough so that a sub-category under each vehicle section might be of some benefit and then when the key ?'s are answered a sticky or something with max. sizes, height, width, offsets, backsets,hubs flipped, hubs not flipped, you get the picture
