Tires and Tubes?

Quick question for y'all. I am running 54" Mich's on my bobbed deuce, but am dropping down to 49" tires. Can I reuse the 54 x 20" tubes in the 49" tires? Or would they be too big and cause problems? If so, any leads on just where I could get 49 x 20 tubes? I have been searching every tire and tube site I can find for 48 or 49" tubes. Thanx guys.

Just run the tubes. Use a bunch of baby powder in there and you'll be fine.
