Will a modern medium weight towbar(the feet) fit an M37? Need to do a recovery close to home and would like to just tow her home with the deuce.

M37 has 3/4 pins check your feet for correct pin fit and go for it. Make sure all is in neutral . That duce won't have any probles with a 37.
