Towbar hookup on winch bumper

How do you hookup a towbar to a winch bumper? The mounting points are missing!

There should be shackle mounts on the winch plate....if not, someone took them off.

My M998 has the shackle mounts with shackles on lowest set of holes. There are 2 sets holes/mounts above the shackles. However, the tow bar feet I have with 3/4" pin are too narrow to fit any of these attaching points. There are specific feet for IbesTek towbar that I think will fit.

Agreed also I never like towing by the shackle mounts. I like the axle clamps and believe it gives better control.
