Here are larger pics.

Truck is for Offroad use only.

Both wheels turned the same way when I jacked up the front and manually turned a tire.
This means the front has the Detroit locker, Correct?

A 1028 should have a Dana limited slip in the front. CUCV's never got front lockers.

i think ajmblazer is right. I would say its a LS too. my m1028 and 1031 both have lt.

They are the tallest, I could find that would fit on a 16" rim. They are around 32-33" tall.

Denman is the brand and cost about $140 a piece.
