Transmission Circuit Breaker keeps popping

Just had a new 4L80e trans put in a 2014 M1097 and trans mil light does not illuminate when ignition is keyed on. Engine starts and runs great. Fells like its stuck in 2nd gear though. I soon discovered Trans circuit breaker pops as soon as ignition is keyed on. I disconnected all trans wires and sensors, disconnected transfer case wires, disconnected TCM, and the breaker still pops immediately when ignition is keyed on. I substituted a homemade 15 amp breaker and that blew as well. Trans relay is out putting 12v , but could it still be bad? Ordered a new relay and the negative shunt to try and eliminate any variables I could think of. Ive read through some of the other great threads about transmission diagnosing on here, but I can't find any that mention this circuit breaker tripping , so I was hoping someone out there could help. You have a miswire or bare wire touching somewhere. Go over the connections in the battery box carefully.

i simplified everything in there and removed the breaker and relay from the panel behind battery box? You seem very knowledgeable , can I send you a video, or some pics? I will paypal you for your time. i appreciate the response. thanks

Suggest you use the wiring diagram in Supplement 7 and put all the wiring back to stock.

Im sorry if my previous post insinuated that i had somehow modified the wiring, it is stock (or exactly how it was when i got the unit) I just moved the relay and the breaker up top from behind the batt box so they were more accessible for voltage tests etc. Someone had def messed with this thing prior because the exhaust was off and trans bolts were loose from starting to pull the trans (trans was smoked) Im hoping that the relay is bad (seems more like a voltage regulator to send 12v to TCM, i feel like relay is a bad word for it ?)
