Has anybody had any experience installing Truck-Lite's #37455 heated headlights? 37455C - Truck-Lite - 37 LED 5"x7 Rectangular Heated Projector Headlight — Truck-Lite Advanced LED Lighting Truck-Lite's webpage states:

37 Series, LED, 5"x7", Rectangular, 6 Diode , Clear, Polycarbonate Lens, Hardwired, 12V|24V, High Beam and Low Beam, Heated, Direct LED Headlight

The TL 37 Series Direct LED Headlights are rectangular 5"x7" headlights with 6 diodes for both high and low beam patterns, featuring a durable die-cast aluminum housing and clear polycarbonate lens. They are suitable for 12V and 24V systems, providing reliable illumination for enhanced visibility in various conditions.

Interesting design. Would love to see the beam pattern and light throw in person.
Heated front is a must for LEDs if your going to drive in snow.



I have been running the 27450C for over 6-7 years now with zero issues.
Super easy install.
They did come out with a heated version of the 27450C, but I didn't bother with those.
They were USA made
The new ones are not. I think their made in China.

Either way, I think you will love them

I had to do it. Just now purchased a pair on Amazon. I'll have to admit, this CUCV sickness is very debilitating. Thanks for the replies.

Just wait until you get/want a MEP-803A generator to power your house.
Fits nicely in the bed of your CUCV too!!
Then you’ll get that sickness too.

I love seeing the quality restorations of CUCVs.
Not hack jobs with cheap parts.

Yours will be around long after you are gone thanks to the hard work, attention to detail, and getting top quality parts.
