Tutorial for uploading pictures to threads and other tech. info.

I've been a member for several years but have never had the need to post pictures. Now that I'm a paid member, I need to get rid of some stuff cluttering my shop. Is there a tutorial on this site to teach an almost "computer illiterate" how to do these things. I'm not completely stupid, I just understand grease and oil better than all this computer stuff. Where do I go, what do I do?
