Unconnected and Unknown Wire and Connector on FLU419

Anyone know what this wire / connector is supposed to connect to? It could even supposed to be connected to ground. It is located directly below the K1 - K5 relays. Everything on the SEE works so that doesn't help. There is no obvious connection point.
