Vacuum pump over haul

bought a diaphragm kit .( Diaphragm & pump to block gasket) made by AC. where do I find the rubber that fits the center of the pump that the diaphragm shaft go's through. I have it all setting apart in the picture..

I would think that someone here would have a line on that seal.
This does remind me of a joke about blowing a seal, but I can't tell it here.
