mine was dead when I bought it, replaced with nos unit from saturn and now has pretty colors and numbers for the range. old one just had numbers. also be sure your gauge and gauge panel is properly grounded as a bad ground will cause a inop condition.

Yes it worked just fine for 2 years,then zero.So is this a CUCV specific gauge,ie not available from a dealer.I was told its 28 volt.All the parts vehicles I have access to have already had theirs removed!apparently this is common.anyone know where one could be sourced cheap?
