Wanted Local Cat Mechanic to install 290HP Turbo and Governor

Hi im located in Redlands Ca 92373. Looking for a good CAT mechanic that can install a 290HP OEM turbo and governor in 3116 and re-adjust the rack. I tried my local CAT dealer and they are not that excited to work on non OEM stuff. Especially an ex military truck converted to an RV. I have turbo and governor.

Have you looked into a Truck Repair shop (for OTR tractors)? I am CERTAIN more than one shop will be familiar with the CAT family of engines.
