Just met this guy locally and he has this setup:

Amazing what .mil gets talked into buying. Hate to say it but if that was my HMMWV that would be the first thing to get cut up. Although here in West Texas they use that setup for hunting.

Yes. Ive been told that that is a servicing platform. Not sure what for but helo, aircraft, tall vehicle all make sense
