What are these?

I found these trucks on GL about a year ago. I forgot to copy the GL description but i don't think they have a M designation except for the modified M109/M185. I was wondering if anybody had seen any of these trucks or know any thing about them?

They look like the trucks out at NTC that O/C's use to video tape the battles back in the 1990's to at least 2003ish

That is a Daytona infield special. Used for watching the great American race.
