What next!!!!!!

I got the Radiator out as instructed with out a hitch but when I got to the air comp pulley I could see that the boss where the bolt goes through not the threaded end but the other end is cracked almost all the way through.
Can I have it welded or do I need a new pulley?

Try to save it, they are not easy to come by. Might be better off buying whole air comp.
