I know it is in one of the manuals but can't find it. Need to repack wheel bearings, both front and rear. what is the process on tighting the nuts back?

OK still need help. I am off work for a week and I have dile up at home, really, really, slow dile up. The manual will not download with out getting booted off. Can someone post the instructions for adjustine the barrings. I have allways tightened down and backed off 1/3 turn but not sure what is right for the Duce.
