When is a TM not a TM: Do we have a repository for foreign manuals?

Think it needs moving to misc. TM section? And to answer the original question, when is a TM not a TM, when it is an FM, TB or any other!
The TFK-250 is not a US Military (Army) TM, but the Navy had them, and there is a USN manual which is a translation of the original German. BILD 1 is the operating instructions, BILD 2 is the recipes. We will be adding a number of other manuals with instructions, guidance, SOP, and other related items that will help the community with the basic how and why of feeding on the military field kitchens as well as repair manuals. It will be a compressed version of my original MKT-Thumb-Drive, which was mailed out to over 50 members of this forum before knowledge of it got buried in other threads. That 'Folder'/USB Drive is now 5.64 GB.

Long ago, mwmules got a TFK-250 with these two manuals, but could not read German, so he didn't know how to set it up or run the cooking machinery. He sent the manuals to me, and I read the parts he was not sure of, got the essentials translated and written out, he followed my instructions and got the kitchen working. That was several years BEFORE the US Navy version was available in English. End of history lesson for today.
