Where Does the Brake Line/Brake Cylinder Inlet Connector Attach?

While replacing a rear brake line yesterday, I found that the female thread in the connector was stripped where the line connects. I've gotten a parts list from Vintage as well as Cabell's NAPA numbers for the washers.

I'm reading through the TMs and it looks like the hollow bolt threads on to a bolt coming from the inside that holds on the wheel cylinder.

Do I have have that right? If not, where does that hollow bolt connect?

I'm trying to avoid opening up the wheels, preferring to work only from the back at the moment.

Thanks.

Thanks. Now I've got it. I like to have a rough idea of what I'm gonna see before I rip things apart or spend a lot of money on parts whose function isn't clear to me.
