Winch Brake Band 7409565

Does anyone know what this fits? I ordered a brake band for my M35 winch, and Saturn Surplus sent me this one. It looks identical to my old one, but it is a little bit bigger, it won't fit inside the brake housing or clamp small enough to touch the drum. I have to wait until Monday for the owner to get back to take care of it. The other guy that works there can't answer any questions I ask. The part number they list is 7409565 and the NSN is 2590-00-740-9565. I looked in the TM and this doesn't match the one for a deuce, so I guess Saturn has the number right for whatever it fits, but it's listed for a M35.

$42.50 for the band, plus I ordered a frame extension bracket, and they show a picture of it, but they sent me one of the winch mounting brackets. I checked the part number and it is for what they sent me, but the picture is clearly the frame extension bracket I wanted. I called and asked the guy I ordered it from about it, and he said that's all they have, he couldn't explain what they took the picture of. I think the owner will straighten it out, I talked to him once before and he was very knowledgeable. This order 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were wrong, the order before everything was right.

I just found it listed in the 5 ton manual for that size winch.
