Wrecker rigging?

Gentlemen,

I am interested in wrecker rigging on M816 and M936. The idea is to take it off and export to Siberia to be installed on a local truck for roadside assistance purposes. There is a demand for such equipment, but I am concerned about availability of spare parts, and if it will function at -20F temperatures.

Exporting the whole truck is not an option due to Russian customs regulations, so I am also interested to learn how difficult it would be to dismantle a wrecker for its rigging.

Anybody parting out a wrecker on the west coast? The heavy type, able to pull out semis and straight trucks from the ditch.
