Hello, I was blessed with the acquisition of a LNIB overhauled R442. I do not have the MT-1898/VRC power mount tray for it, yet. The R442 fits onto the power outlet and ground pin on the larger MT-1029/VRC power mount tray for the RT-524 and GRC-160 rig. The pinout for the oval multi-pin connector should have the same basic design.
I have a Harris 120VAC to 24VDC voltage converter to power everything.

I know nothing about this specific setup, but one think I learned about military communications setups.... just because it is the same connector, does not mean it is the same pin out. Unless you can 100% confirm it is the EXACT pin out.... just because it fits, doesn't mean it won't turn whatever it is you are fitting in into a brick or a smoke machine. Find the proper tray, someone has it.
