Metal clip for antenna cord needed

Thanks for the reply....I did see those on ebay. Trying not to pay 25.00 each. Times have changed a lot. Those used to be so easy to get cheap. I have a spool of cord waiting.

btw, There are 2 different ones. The one pictured is the one you want to use with the U so the antenna can release without breaking if you run into low hanging branches. Some are Just a clip around the antenna (other side pictured) and will break masts as they don't release. I have a cracked mast to prove it

i wondered what that rope thing was when i bought my M1078 if i can find the clip as long as you pay shipping you can have it. Also going to Fair radio Sales after work to find something else i will look there
