called berg today $50EA for the 11.00R20 XL's I want a little less for NDT's
so what I need to know can I run them dished in without fliping the hubs
since I'm going to be going back and forth from the singles to the 9.00
dules and how much are good deuce rims worth.

Sounds like a good deal for radials. You can run dished out, but obviously the front and rear track will be different. What is reason for going back and forth? Used rims about $10-$25, unless they already have some tires mounted (+$20). Just like the tires, location (shipping) is everything.

I think I can get rims locally alot of the potato farms have deuce's, and the tires are 50% or better
tread (What is reason for going back and forth) I dont want to use the radials anymore then I need to
and I dont want to put a lot of weght on the singles.

Done that many times with split rims and tubeless tires.....

Im quite sure the questioner was asking if you could run the tire tubeless

Even though the TIRE can be used without a tube, the WHEEL requires the flap and tube (just like the NDT's). Joe Young has stressed that getting new flaps and tubes is encouraged when changing tires.

I've always liked the look of duals myself.
One thing I've noticed is that the rear singles will 'sink' into the ground a little more than the duals because the weight is not dispersed as much with the singles. That said, get the 11 tires and put on the singles. If you're hauling an extra heavy load or will be on softer terrain, you can always add the others.
