headlight placement

i have been seeing that some dueces have the head lights on top closer to the hood. mine are closer to the bumper. i want to flip them over to the top side and i didnt know if i had to buy the panels to change it or just flip them over.

try erik's military surplus or saturn surplus i think both have the new correct rubber and bolt mounts.
