Dennis,

Do you have any pics of the oil before and after? How much of the carbon and ash is left?
Still looks black before and after.
That was my experience using a PA Biodiesel centrifuge. The thing to get about WMO is it is full of dissolved free carbon and ash, which comes from soot. There are only 2 ways to get rid of dissolved solids in a solution. 1) differential solubility, which forces dissolved solids out of solution. 2) or distillation. I have tried both methods, and believe distillation is better.

Well i don't have a BS in Chem and i live in a residential neighborhood, so i guess thats out.
A BS in Chem and conducting pyrolysis in an industrial park, or farm, or ranch, are recommendations, they are not a requirement for membership on the forum or sharing, or engaging in pyrolysis. Others are doing various forms of pyrolysis in residential neighborhood, and have no formal science education at all.
