Looking for a part number and store to get a glow plug controller card and glow plug temp sensor, also a glow plug relay, thanks

Member, Antennaclimber sells glow plug controller cards(look in the classifieds or send him a PM).

GP relay, ST-85 or GPR-109

The sensor should be listed in the stickies, or it is listed in the parts TM. Also should be found with a search(easily)

The cards aren't available commercially any more AFAIK, unless you find some NOS. Antennaclimber has basically recreated the original card, with some upgrades. Definitely the way to go.
