I found out today from tsc that they didn't get my Euc until 23 days after GP said tsc had received it. I am raising serious **** tomorrow as this is unacceptable

Also they told me it was legal to drive on the road just not on highways as they said it was worded in the hold harmless I signed. Now I'm finding out they are putting a huge off-road red stamp on the sf97. This is huge to me since that was the main reason I bought it. After talking with TSC today, it's apparent that GP is the one holding up the process/ lying and is putting the blame on TSC. GP blows as a company to say it nicely.

Why did they delete the message with the phone number??
Because everyone on the internet with a question was calling the TSC office and slowing it down.
Every time they answer the phone and take a few minutes to talk with a customer that's time they cant process your EUC.
They are a very small office with not many people.

mustang, from the posts here and other places, GP has not been giving accurate information in regards to EUCs so I can understand why people have been calling to see what the "real" issue/status is.
Personally I have not made that call so as to not bother them as they do seem to be slammed and like you stated I do not want to add to their workload.
However, having GP keep saying that TSC is not able to handle the load yet they keep on selling and the upcoming 300 HV sale, they are just adding to the problem.
I must say though, the should be next week, should be next week is getting old...

The irony in too much, I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the fact it's been close to 3 months and now only to find out maybe GP hasn't even sent the paper work.

lord have mercy and by the grace of god i was released from the "TSC pending approval purgatory". funny thing is, that i got the all clear message from GP, after I called TSC to check, they said they sent it back around JUNE 20th 6 days after GP sent it to them. Called GP right after got redirected to supervisor, didn't even let the poor guy talk just asked for an upper, after some polite gentlemen talk lo and behold they had the documents and it never got updated. shaking my darn head at this. now i'm looking at bids and praying for no more headaches, of course i still have to wait for the sf-97 now.

JWade you are stuck in a bad situation. There are two major issues here. First is that GP is sending more applications every week than the two people at TSC can process yet GP only cares about selling and getting the money. Again I will state that the sale of 300 in one week will just make it worse. TSC is working as hard as they can to keep up but it is just way too much. Second is that the process of sending and receiving approvals is just broken. I have been told that the GP website update by TSC once it is approved, obviously that is not the case. GP needs to rethink their business model and stop pointing fingers. I spoke to TSC today and the processed mine today, let's see how soon GP says it is approved :)

There is a easy solution to your problem , don't buy from them . buy one from somebody who already has one . I suppose GL should stop selling parts that require a EUC as well since they are submitting far more EUC's a week than GovPlanet . They have a contract to sell government vehicles as the government releases them .

Porky, if you believe one of the statements from GP, they told a few people that called, GL has a different team of people working on their EUCs. Had I known that the 3-4 week approval time was actually 2-4 months I would not have bought from GP. So I guess the real issue is communication of valid and consistent information.

My take and goal at this point is to try to figure it out. I think both of us are overwhelmed. The only defense at this point is to flat out fix it on both ends and the problem goes away. That obviously can't be done by pointing figures it will take cooperation. SO with that being said there's plenty of blame to go around and I will work diligently to help fix the situation.

I am just disappointed in the Notarized Bill of Sale and SF97 process. At the very least the Notarized Bill of Sale should go out quickly and then the SF97 should follow after the EUC clears.
