6/12 is 45 business days, it is not calendar days. Yesterday's approvals were from 6/13 and before. Based on the average number of approvals and the amount of EUCs per group, I would expect next week's approvals to finish the 6/13 and the majority of 6/14 submission groups. We sent them a total of 74 EUCs on 6/13 and 6/14, and they have been averaging approx 45 - 55 approvals per week.

We received an emergency shipment, but not nearly as many as we had expected. GSA is telling us that the full shipment's arrival is imminent. We burned through the 400 they sent us in July in about a week. I have already contacted the DLA lead and they are working with GSA to get come type of clarity. Apparently the 3rd party vendor that supplies the paper that the forms are printed on had supply difficulties. It isn't just us, the USMC, NAVFAC, and DLA are all experiencing the effects of the shortage. I should have a better idea on a timeline early next week.

Well I have been waiting since the beginning of July. I am indifferent about it except that you have to meet their requirement for payment yet they do not meet their own obligation when the company states their own response time.

I hope that the DMV is sympathetic when the time comes for the title process to happen.

Just curious - any info on current sf97 wait times?
Thanks
It's been elevated to personnel far above my pay grade. I guess they got tired of me hounding them everyday about it. According to my VP, we should get some clarity on when we should be getting our resupply. The silver lining is that I have had my team scrub our backlog list and have prepared them for a massive push to get these things out as soon as we can complete them. We currently have about 900 that can be printed immediately upon receiving the forms. Obviously my guys won't be able to do that in a day, but I am confident that we can push at least 250-300 per week. I am also looking at pulling people from other sections in order to surge our SF97 production, which may be able to bump us up to about a 100 additional per week. The choke point will be at the DLA level since there is only one person that can sign them, however, he is awesome and can usually get them back to us signed within a few days of receiving them.

Before anyone asks, no I will not bump you up on the priority list. That would be unfair to our other customers that have been waiting just as long or longer than you. The SF97s will be printed in the order they are on the list, which is by either auction date or EUC approval date. It sucks I know, and if you feel the need to vent your frustrations I will not take it personally. Lord knows that I have been venting on your behalf since June when this identified as a potential issue and actions were taken to try and avoid this disaster.

Still waiting on for over three months, went to dmv to inquire about if there's any penalty and yes it is adding up every day after forty five they penalize you!

I hope that The Great State of Missouri is a little more sympathetic.

What really BURNS my arse is that you pay an extra 50.00 bucks for a document, and as a buyer you sign on and meet your obligation. Yet they state the time that they are going to meet and act as in good faith they will meet their obligation as a seller.

If the seller perhaps needs more time for unforeseen problems there may be a way to post date a document that will meet the buyers need at the DMV.

Lets find a solutionrofl
