I had a chance to get the master cyl open this evening & its full up to just under the threads so im not loosing fluid.

Sure sounds to me like your "new" booster is malfunctioning. As i said, I am new to this thing too but trying to learn fast. Any advice I give is based on what I've learned so far. Use only after careful consideration. One other thing to check I think, make sure there is air pressure at the booster. On mine I will crack the line at the fitting to see if it hisses. I already know my booster is bad but just wanna make sure the air is there. I am hoping to do the by-pass "surgery" this weekend. I will report my results if I gitter done.
