There are different ones.
I have seen for one cable and a wider one for multiple. Which are you seeking?

They also use a metal flange.

The cables are for radios, Ham and AM/FM . I have an antenna on each rear side. I need a grommet with about a 1/2" center hole. I wasn't sure if there was a grommet that the military used.

Just buy a regular grommet and drill a hole in the center. Make one out of a mold using black silicon. Use rubber that is half inch thick and cut a 3 mm large and then groove the periphery and cut a hole in the center. Use a 1/2 inch outer diameter tube and slit it down the center and place your wires through it.....

In almost 50 years of working in industry I have consistantly found this company to be one of the most reliable to deal with. They don't have the minimum orders that prohibit you from using a lot of industrial suppliers and they're right on top of things when it comes to shipping. Their extensive catalog has almost anything you might need.

The antenna mounts were part of the demil process on my M998. I was left with a metal plug with a hole drilled in the center for the cable. I found a replacement plug here https://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Pack-1-1-2-Metal-Hole-Plugs-Nickel-Plated-SP-1-5-NK-/282855509314

These were also used for running cables on other parts of the body. I have one on my passenger side inner rear fender. 12338085 and 12338092.
