What is I and II? (roman numeral for light number one..... and light number two.... if so what light is one and what light is two?)

I found this pict today and thought I would share the info. I did this some time ago. I believe High II =high beams. Low beams= "lights I. I was trying to figure out a labeling system on the fly, and changed it midstream. Sorry for the confusion.

Steyr turn signal stalks will not work for our trucks. I strongly encourage not to open up this switch thinking you will find something to fix. It is a very complex POS.
