Can I delete this sensor?

I believe this glow plug sensor is not needed since I have converted to a manual override switch? Just need confirmation? Thanks

That is the sensor that tell the glow plugs whether to glow or not. So I guess you can eliminate it. But that type is no longer serviced. They have an updated version that fits in the same hole and comes with a new pigtail plug to complete the update. Good Luck.
