Just put a new tach in my M998. It has the 6.2L with the 3 speed. At 55mph it's turning about 2700/2800 rpm. Does that seem pretty normal? Just curious. Thanks.

Seems normal, I run Nitto's 38" tires on mine, so I might be a bit off, I do go to 70 at 3400 for a short time, but mostly 65 at around 3200
6.2L with the 3 speed

Max Engine Speed:3,600 rpm (4,000 w/ no load)
Peak Horsepower:• 130 HP @ 3,600 rpm (introductory) • 160 HP @ 3,600 rpm (peak)

I downloaded the speedometer app (GPS) on my IPhone, it's free and more accurate than the oem speedometer.
This way you can figure the speed Vs Tach
