It's hard to tell in the video. Is it an air whistling sound, or a brakes screeching sound?

Doesn't look like you were going very fast when it was happening. Can you walk alongside it while someone drives it, to listen and pinpoint it? Can you recreate it just by revving the engine, or trying to drive gently against the parking brakes?

Also, why is the video marked "Age Restricted"?

That's strange. Ten minutes ago I watched the video and there was absolutely NOTHING even remotely riscae in it.

definitely not brake related ..it occasionally whistles at idle...no change in either air psi gauge,.I tried to locate the noise from outside ,it appears to be near the bottom of the engine..but of course as I get closer to pinpointing the source it stops, flips me a bird, then starts again as I walk away....it appears my 1078 has a warped sense of humor.

Wastegate air line Blown diaphragm in the wastegate if you spray it with soap water it should change tune when you hit it.

Or cut the hose to the gate and plug both sides off. Plugging off the wastegate gives you more boost anyway

If the wastegate is not the issue, pull the turbo output hose. Look inside. If the turbo output hose is not new, replace it. Mine was flaking inside and would not seal, causing a whistle sound. Somewhere on here is a video of the sound.
thank you..I don't believe it's a serious issue..but more of an annoyance...
