The original headlights were dim to say the least and it was a struggle to see anything at night. I followed the example of some videos I had seen on YouTube and ordered headlights that would work with a 24 volt system. Cut off the leads from the original lights and spliced them onto the wires for the new LED lights. (Not great at soldering) They turned out great and are a huge improvement. Also noticed the retaining rings were a little rough and gave them a quick coat of paint. Had to go with a longer bolt due to the new lights being slightly thicker than what came on it. (1/4-20 2” worked well). Overall, it was an easy upgrade that didn’t break the bank.

Was wondering what lights did you get? I would be interested in doing that. Looks good. Good job!

Did they work with 24 volts?
