Depends on the tune you are running. On the 370 HP map I have seen boost pressure around 33-34psi.
Wow! Thanks General.

Talking to one of my engineer friends… he’s is saying that the 1.85 VE used in the Donaldson calc equates to about 12.5 psi of boost.. probably 18 with losses. 33 PSI of boost would affect that VE number and probably needs to be accounted for.

I’ll go back to Donaldson with that boost PSI and see what they say.

Always learn something during mock up. Need clearance for the housing clips.
This looks really great! I just did a similar setup but I followed Donaldson's guidance to support the housing from the bottom. I'm not sure it really matters, honestly. I'm also running a Donaldson "Informer" gauge on each unit which is effectively the same as the old dash restrictor gauge.

I also wanted easy service access but I had to compromise with my particular constraints. Ignore the Beverly Hillbillies makeshift bed. Habitat gets dropped on in a few weeks. 🙂

I believe even the 275 and 330 HP variants are running like 25 and 30 psi respectively.

We all forget that these HP numbers on our engines are all at the top of the range and are considered "Emergency Vehicle" and "Recreational Vehicle" maps, with the 370 map not even being legal for those and is ONLY used by the DOD for an MRAP or two.

I'm sure the 170 HP school bus maps are 12.5 psi. LoL.
