Coolant came out of Cylinder Head when removing Glow Plug

More info needed. Is it water or antifreeze? Have you been driving your truck around and then this happened? Did you just win this at auction and the air horn was removed, allowing rain to enter the engine?
I have put around 6000 miles on the HMMWV since it was purchased and it had a new GEP Engine installed just before I purchased it. 2006 1152A1 for reference, 6.5 Turbo 4speed. When this happened, I was driving about 45 MPH and it suddenly shut off on me. It was unexpected when it shut off, and when it happened I looked down at all gauges to see what happened and all was well except engine temp was in the yellow. I let it cool off, I added about 1 quart of Ozarka Water from the gas station I rolled into when it shut down, checked oil for water, etc., and that was all good. I tried to start it, it would not start, so I called a tow truck. Since then I have checked fluids once again with nothing abnormal found except a bit low on Antifreeze but during diagnosis and trying to start it, I found the starter drive was fried. I did the work around on the starter box to see if it would start and drive and it did start up. I started it 2 times within an hour and decided to drive it since everything sounded good. It felt ok at first when driving except I felt what felt like a misfire so I immediately turned it around and went back towards my house. I saw the temp was getting hot so I shut it off for about 10 minutes and then it started up and made it home. I was only a few blocks away. When I got it home, I let it sit overnight and tried to start it the next morning. It acted like it wanted to fire up but would not so I started checking everything. I pulled the passenger side, rearward most glow plug and a water/oil mixture came out of the cylinder head. It was more water than oil but a large amount came out of there and also a watery mess came out of my exhaust when trying to start it. To add, I pulled the drivers side rearward most glow plug and no water came out. I did have one of two glow plugs not show any resistance and they are the oem glow plugs.
It was the passenger side, rearward most cylinder.

Looks like exploratory surgery is unavoidable. Cracks or blown head gasket.
Will do and planning to do so today. I am able to rotate the engine using a wrench underneath and turning my Torque Converter. I don't think it hydro locked but will know for sure. It did turn over but would not start again so there is hope.
