Does anyone on the list have a transmission temp sensor and gauge?

Searching on the net it looks like you either use the drain plug or pop a hole in the pan and braze in a threaded plug.

I'd rather not pop a hole in my pan. Is there a better option?

I used a brass 1/4" NPT T-fitting, with tubing adapters on both sides, where the hot (upper) trans cooler line goes into the radiator. My temp sender is 1/8" NPT, so a bushing allows it to fit into the top of the T-fitting.
