Stranded,need help now,Atlanta,ga

Hi guys,

I am stranded at work, and need to get home.
Can someone do me a favor and bring me a few gallons of diesel?

I would have gotten filled today, but my paycheck bounced when I tried
to cash it today.

It is 10:54 pm, and I just want to get home, I been here since 11am..

Any help would be greatly appreciated, or even a tow home would help.
Either way is fine by me..

I am in the Chamblee area, a couple of blocks down from PDK airport,
and need to go to Smyrna, I-75/Windy Hill, I-75 exit 260 area.

And I do not have enough gas to get to the nearest diesel station,
much less enough money to even buy any.

Can anyone help me out?? Please pm me here, asap.

At a time like this, I wish I had a deuce with a multi-fuel, then I could dump the cooking oil from the fry into my tank (after straining of course) and go home..

argh!

Hi guys,
Just got home it is now 3:49 am..
A friend came out gave me some gas, got me to a gas station, filled my tank, then on the way home,
I got pulled over for not having a tag light over the license plate (I did not know I needed one...),
then the impounded my car due to a problem with the insurance I was not aware of..

So now I have no truck, no way to get to/from work, and no way to get around to get all this straightened out,
and get my truck back.. Darnit!!

This has been a day & night from ****..

no ****, that cop was cold..

after he impounded my car, he dropped me off at a QT gas station in the middle of nowhere at 3am, with no way to get home.
so I had to sit around, and wait for a cheap enough taxi to get me home,
because I had a few dollars AT home..
And that was the last of my money til I get my paycheck cashed today..

Yes, I got screwed.

The cop could of been fair and give me a ticket and NOT impound my truck,
so THAT way I could get what I need done to settle the citation.

I've never heard of impounding a car for a tag light. something doesn't smell right about that.

Jwaller The tag light would be a fix it ticket. but the impound was for the insurance problem . hope you get it all fixed and can cash your check today if it bounced yesterday!!!!!

Now, I just got to find a ride to the bank, insurance office, and impound yard.

I sure hope you did not put gas in your diesel truck.

I think all states require a light for the rear licenses plate and most states now can tow a car if you do not have insurance. Sounds like a very expensive lesson learned for CUCV owners, make sure you have a license plate light.
