Hey BLK HMMWV. Ive got the gear for Caucasian foreigners and filthy liquid. So im ready to go!!
Since were using a lot of codes here that means white russians and dirty martinis.

Never had filthy liquid, but I'm a big fan of the Caucasian foreigners! What day are you coming up?

I'm ready! Heading out around 1500 on Thursday. Got the wet weather gear packed and oiled the clean up tools. Now I'm just waiting for B of A to get back to me on my loan to gas up the truck. ;-)

When the loan comes through get a few bucks worth of gas for the Vaporizer on Friday Night.
I'm glad I bought fuel last week. I think it went up over .20 in a week.

I think I'm going to start wringing out my Fries before I eat them to get the WVO.

I believe WWI ,WWII, and myself will be rolling out at 0900 or so on Thursday.

Almost done with my mobile mansion, (shelter camper conversion), and have a few more things to do to the truck. Ill be heading out Thursday afternoon about 4, should be there before sundown.

Got the cargo covers on this weekend, and will load everything else Wednesday since I only have a 1/2 days work. Crap, I forgot to call WWI about the menu. Tomorrow afternoon for sure!

Ok, My mother is being a total pain in the arse. Something has been screwed up here and because I unfortunately still live under her roof, i have to follow her rules. :( And unfortunately this will continue until I move out of this jail cell.:mad: (All of you should have experienced this so I hope you guys understand somewhat) I will not be making it out on Friday night like I wanted to or Saturday morningaua, but I may be making it out there either Sunday morning or sat evening. i would like to ask a favor, i know some of you guys plan on possibly leaving early Sunday morning and I understand the various reasons why. I ask that you guys hold off on the exodus of the CDB grounds until I get there. I want to be able to show off my (all be it small) clean up tool. If I'm going, I'll see you guys out there, if not :mad: have fun and I expect pics. ;-)

Don't hurry to grow up to fast . Freedom is great but it comes with allot of responsibility's. Enjoy the ride.

Picked up the 1028 at Barstow on Friday. Noticed a little puddle of transmission fluid under it....:-(

Checked the levels and it had fluid in it but was low, added a bit and checked everything else...then came the moment of truth, turned the key that I got off ebay the lights came on and it fired right up.

Also pickedup a canned 6.2l engine and put it in the back and took Barstow road to Hundy's place....only to remember he's closed on Friday (or he saw me coming) .:wink:

Replaced the transmission filter and gasket (after scrapping RTV off the thing). Drove it to work and back today and I'll take it for the rest of the week.:)

If all goes well I'll be there with the 1028.

Alternator is installed, but still waiting on the cables (60A Conversion Kit) before I can hook anything up and know where I stand. Have the kit ordered from 2 places but TNJ Murray seems to not respond to emails or voice messages so I don't think they have even sent it at this point, the other is off ebay and will arrive sometime between wed and fri.
