I had to "clearance" it with a ball peen hammer so it would not touch the mirror bracket. Also had to remove the bracket that bolts behind the door.
I have a huge 36 or 40" Donaldson muffler on mine, even made it fit between the mirror brackets. I will try and get a pic today or tomorrow for you! Its quiet enough to hold a conversation on the phone even running almost wide open.
With the bed moved foward up to the cab the tires almost go up perfect in between the braces. Once you get it on its easy to adjust up or down. I used bottle jacks on top of the tires.
I ended up using (2) 2x4s nailed together. There are 2 peices of flat bar welded on the inside of the bed to keep it centered and also keep the 2x4s from sliding out.

Got around to getting the small light bars wired up and mounted.
Chained up on axle and moved the truck around the yard so it didnt tear the grass up too bad.
