    Help ID Wiper Flange Part

I was working on deuce wipers and somehow lost the brass piece that connects the wiper (outside the cab) to the threaded post that comes from inside the cab. It has teeth on it that the wiper slides over. I can’t find that little part or even exactly what it is called. Any advice would be...

    M35a2 Water Pump Removal

I ordered a new water pump and radiator hoses (may as well replace hoses while it’s taken apart) from Boyce. Everyone at Boyce is super helpful and friendly and they definitely know their stuff. The removal process took me about four hours because I had no idea what I was doing. Now that I’ve...

    M35a2 Water Pump Removal

It took a while, but I figured it out. For anyone else looking for information, here are the steps I followed. Brush Guard Removal Remove 2 bolts toward middle of brush guard. Loosen 2 bolts securing bottom of brush guard (these don’t have to be completely removed). Pull top of brush guard...

    M35a2 Water Pump Removal

Greetings! I have coolant flowing out of my weep hole below my water pump, behind the fan blade. I presume I’ll need to replace the water pump. Lost one of the two belts. Looks like it wrapped around the fan and kept it from spinning, then coolant was spraying everywhere. What TM covers water...

    Deuce RPM Idling too Fast

This may be a bad newbie question, but what is an IP?

    Deuce RPM Idling too Fast

I haven't had the truck long, but has always idled a little fast. Every once in a while when I rev up the engine a couple of times at a stop light it will slow down to around 10,000 RPMs. That makes me think something is sticking and gets loose when I rev the engine. I changed the fan...

    Deuce RPM Idling too Fast

Thanks all. Hand throttle was the first thing I checked. I might have been to embarassed to admit if that was the issue. I'll let you know what I find from the other suggestions. Saturday is my day to play with my truck and its supposed to be sunny. Can't wait!

    Deuce RPM Idling too Fast

My M35a2C is idling a little fast at around 1500 to 1700 RPMs. Any suggestions for a diagnosis and quick fix? I tried a number of different search words to find an existing answer with no luck. Many thanks my friends!

Any updates on MV bills for GA? Are there any laws/codes on the books presently or is this the first effort? Is anyone championing this in the current legislative session? Thanks!

    Problem getting a title. Help?

Just rec'd my GA Title. Yippeee! Thought I'd never get it. Went to county courthouse with SF97, transfer letter from GL, VIN Verification form filled out by an LEO, Bill of Sale and Proof of Insurance. No problems. Title arrived in 2 wks.

    2009 vin info thread

At this point I wonder if I am better off to try to get the SF97 changed or to try and get my VIN verification done by an LEO and convince him the VIN is both numbers. One or the other has to match to get my state title. Suggestions, anyone?
