    Remote brake fluid reservoir

I'm covered. Thanks. I'm a frequent customer of Summit and great idea putting the reservoir in the cab. - Lee

    Remote brake fluid reservoir

Is it as simple as it appears to add a remote firewall-located brake fluid reservoir by just hooking the fluid line of the remote reservoir up to the vent on the master cylinder? Would this add a few more panic pushes to the single circuit brakes before "the end" in case of a system leak...

CMV/MV Regulations in Maryland - It's the law!

I recovered a deuce from Maryland (because it wanted to live down South) and I remember wondering if I was expected to stop at the weigh stations - then I saw the reference to a 5T weight threshold at one of them. So, I played dumb and skated past all of them between there and Georgia. Who...

    deuce hyd power steering

Roger that Tom. Other buyers, don't forget to check with Straight Line Steering for the steering box. They are $395 rebuilt with no core. Ask for the 710IHC.

For the benefit of a newbie and total clueless DA, how does one use this device?

    deuce hyd power steering

I hope I am in the "allegedly spoken for" camp. If not, I think I will still pick one up in case I have to cobble up an installation of my own. I hope not because it looks to be about six feet over my head.

    deuce hyd power steering

SLSteering quoted me $395 rebuilt, no core, in stock for the 710 I.H.C (Saginaw 7830389). Any reason I should not pull the trigger on this?

    Deuce clutch disc

Incredible. Obviously it works, but I just wasn't prepared to find that little of a contact patch to pull a block or iron like this. I stock lifetime spares for everything I run. My kids can sell them as NOS when I'm off to my reward. I'm fine to never need it. Heck, I even have parts...

    Deuce clutch disc

I just bought a spare clutch disc to put back for the day when I eventually need it and I was amazed at how little friction material there is on it. How long do these things generally last? It seems like it would be down to the rivets after a couple of starts.

Installing a Grover Emergency Stuttertone Air Horn on an m923

Not to mention the inch thick core plug of compressed bug bodies that assemble there after a road trip.

?? Starting of in 2nd gear??

A newbie here, so my opinion gets greatly discounted, but in my 600 mile recovery trip I determined that my truck is happiest when I rev-match it as if I were floating the shift and then use the clutch anyway.

    bridge plate numbers?

Mine is just for fun, I guess.

    I've searched 12 volts........

For lights (if the fixture doesn't have a grounded frame) it is usually possible to pair two of them in series. That is what I did with a couple of 12v sealed beam back-up lamps. I just had a supplier tell me that it was no problem to hook a 272 amp 12 volt dump hoist to only one of the...

    Color change by user?

Alas, I am old, and dim of eye and mind.

    Color change by user?

Is there a capability for users to change the color sets on the forum display? I love the ODG semi-blackout look and feel but my eyes can't handle the lack of contrast too well. TIA - Lee
