Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

It’s too hard to measure on a truck. If you don’t have a master cylinder to measure I can dig one out and look.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

The master cylinder has to be in the right spot for the rod to line up and the required supports to go in the bolt holes. I’m not talking about the hole through the firewall, all three dimples are above that in your photo. The middle one is barely visable.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

The bolt holes are at an angle. I can see the 3 dimples in the picture in your first post so they must be under that coating.

Manual pedal swap, where to drill?

The dimples are to the left of the speedometer cable in your photo. Drill from the engine bay side.

VT 3 LWS Gun Ring Legs for m939 Series 5-Ton Trucks

I have 3 legs for the LWS gun ring setup for m939 series trucks. 2 of them have mounting brackets. You would need 1 more leg to complete the set. $150 for the 3. Cash upon pickup in Colchester, VT. Sorry I don't want to ship.

The m37 parking brake drum is on the transfer case, not on the transmission.

No. 7 Hoisting Unit value? How used?

I sold a WWII era one (round front instead of angled) last year for $500 I think. It didn't have a hoist on it, just the frame.

    Transfer case shift knob cover

The wires are probably for the 4-wheel drive light as the CUCVs didn’t come with the light bulb for the indicator. I have a later 80s/ early 90s shift knob from a Chevy truck with the indicator button from a early 90s Dodge Ram.

Difference between hydro and vacuum brake pedal assembly?

I would make sure even if someone says it’s out of an 85 or newer that it really is a hydraulic clutch setup as it’s not uncommon for things to be swapped around. I just bought a 79 that had been swapped to hydraulic clutch.

Difference between hydro and vacuum brake pedal assembly?

The pin the brake rod attaches to is in a different spot so the easiest thing to do is just put the hydroboost brake pedal onto the manual transmission pedal assembly and cut the foot pad down like posted earlier in the thread, but you could modify a vacuum pedal as well.

Difference between hydro and vacuum brake pedal assembly?

85 and up had hydraulic clutch. Any year could have hydroboost brakes.

I Bought a 100 Year Old Army Trailer Today

No plans for it yet, other than washing it. We want to try to find out more about it before we do anything with it.
