Why not spend some money on a 3 phase inverter that supports 100% unbalanced loads?
You give yourself emergency power backup with batteries and solar, and if need be, start the generator to charge the battery bank.
Money better spent. Run two legs of the inverter to your panel, or put a 3...
The gentleman that came out to help listened to the engine. The power steering pump, which works as it should. The air compressor and all the components that were near where the broken power steering bracket is located. However when we went to check the turbo (I checked it before but my cousin...
Thank you all for your replies. I forgot I posted on here and have been seeking help in other places.
The PTO is not engaged. I have found no air leaks. I got lucky and found a gentleman to come here and check it out. He says the turbo is bad. So... does anyone know anyone on here that mat...
After replacing the bracket for my power steering pump, my truck has no power. When I give it throttle it makes a funny sound that does not sound like an air leak.
Any help would ve greatly appreciated. I have posted a video of the weird sound.
If anyone can help, it would be greatly...
There is a pull pin at the rear. It's a steel pin that drops in and prevents it from turning. My guess is it would allow 3 degrees if you were applying pressure from both ways. Let me know if that is what it was. Don't feel bad if that's it, it took me a moment to find it as well.
The truck in sitting on a beautiful lakefront lot overlooking Lake Cumberland in Monticello Ky. It would an excellent place for a few beers in the evening. Good company, I can do the work, you just guide me. I have a queen size bed and all meals, snacks, beer on the house. I'm spent!

Thank you for the link to your video. Wow, it looks like you have a nice setup. I read a few comments and I'm sure I'm not the only one that would love for you to put a list together of all the mods you have done and where to get them....I am going to watch as many of your videos as I can...

Hello, and thank you in advance for the help.
I recently replaced the bracket that holds the power steering pump and the air compressor together. I also noticed that the Oil Governor Tube was cracked so I replaced that as well. For the backstory; about 6 months ago I was driving down to KY from...

I am heading back to Monticello late tonight or early AM. I may have to take you up on your offer. I will contact you in the next day or so. I greatly appreciate the help. I am going to take the advice of Ronmar and clean it off. Try to locate the leak. And CoachGeo, let me know if you...
Oh, it definitely snapped when I was trying to tighten it down. It wasn't seated correctly. And or the shaft ends may be toast which is why it didn't re align. I had lots of stuff taking priority in KY so I didn't have time to troubleshoot shoot it at all.
I truly don't know where the oil is...
