Thank you thank you thank you. This is the third winter with NO HEAT. Well I finally got fed up with it and started a thread asking for help and someone posted a link to this thread. I did this core replacement today and I have VERY HOT HEAT! Thank you again.

M1009 needed four GP cycles and she fired up. My M1108 fired on one GP cycle. This was yesterday morning with a -12 actual temp after sitting outside in it for over 24 hours without starting. I was very happy with them.

The new core was the same size and shape. The ports were not angled the same though. I will look into this as well thank you. Thank you I will see if this is the problem.
